VR gaming is the application of a three-dimensional (3-D) artificial environment to computer games. Prior to the development of compact technology, VR gaming used projector rooms or multiple screens. VR gaming control may involve a standard keyboard and mouse, game controllers or motion capture methods.

Pros:

A pro of VR games are that they are very fun. They immerse you into the game to make it more realistic, and that inhances the experience. Also, it being so different than your average video game makes it interesting, just because it's so different.

Cons:

A con of VR game are that they create lots of eye strain. It's highly recommended you don't play for too long. Also, it's usually costs more than other video games because there's a lot more hardware and software to make VR possible. Also, don't play after meals, because it could come back out.
